Shaping Jackson Hole's Real Estate Landscape
Originally from Central Florida, Tyler Davis relocated to the West, where he earned a degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming as a Division I wrestler. After moving to Jackson, his wife’s hometown, Tyler embarked on his real estate career in 2016. Today, he serves as the Managing Partner of over $50 million in assets under management (AUM) in the Jackson area. Over the past decade, Tyler has successfully raised and invested capital into more than $100 million worth of projects throughout Teton County.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the community, Tyler was honored as the 2023 Citizen of the Year by the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, an award given to individuals who make the greatest positive impact on the community.
In addition to his role in real estate, Tyler is a development consultant, offering guidance and mentorship aimed at strengthening the Jackson community. He is also the proud owner of several local businesses. Outside of work, Tyler can often be found coaching MMA or enjoying quality time with his wife and two daughters.
Rob Neill

Forging Real Estate Success with a Winning Spirit
Rob was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina. After growing up in a household with three older sisters, he attended an all boys boarding school in the hillsides of Virginia at Woodberry Forest School. Rob went on to manage the Men’s basketball team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill while studying Entrepreneurship and Exercise and Sport Science. After UNC beat Duke in the 2022 Final Four, Rob graduated and started a career in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Denver, Colorado. Rob ultimately moved to Jackson to join the local community, experience the great outdoors, and create memories with his family in town. He specializes in commercial investment and development in Jackson and its surrounding areas.
